On November 19, 2009 Koons Lexus of Wilmington held a customer information night. We had over thirty people come in who had bought their Lexus from us that had developed some question after their delivery. Greg Ritter went over how to set up the Navigation system, Blue tooth phone and many other systems on these Luxury cars. Many items were discussed and the customer had lots of training 1 on 1 with Greg. Door prizes were given away after the event. Everyone had a great time and learned lots about their new car. JDRF event at Koons Lexus of Wilmington

On October 2, 2009, Koons Lexus of Wilmington sponsored and held the Gala Kick-Off for JDRF. Their mission is to fund the research that will find the cure for Type 1 Diabetes. The theme of the event was James Bond 007 and the Bond girl’s impersonators. Local sponsors donated everything from cakes to a floor guard. Thought-out the evening there were speakers including Paul McConnell, their honorees. The event was outstanding, and Koons Lexus was thrilled that we could sponsor the gala for such a great cause.


Koons Lexus of Wilmington Information Night

July 16, 2009 the service department hosted an Information Night for new and pre-owned customers. Joining us were first time as well as third time owners. Many questions arose concerning key features on car accessories and Lexus warranty. Alex Hafer (General Manager), Greg Ritter (Director of Service), Zack Morrison (Factory Parts and Service Manager) and Rick Scouten (Parts Manager) answered all the customers’ questions. Included in this event were demonstrations such as how to operate and set up the blue tooth system. At the end of the night a drawing was held and gifts, such as service gift cards and Lexus bags were given out to some of our lucky customers. Leigh Encarnacion and Stephanie Scouten took care of greeting customers and serving refreshments from Toscana Catering. Thank you to all of our customers that came out for this event.
